How much does commercial cleaning cost in Everett and Seattle?

It depends on square footage, the number of restrooms and kitchens, floor types and how many nights a week you need. We don't price from a form. We walk the building, write the scope and send a fixed monthly price within a few days of the visit.

Do you clean during business hours or after hours?

After hours by default, so your staff never works around a crew. Day porter coverage is available for buildings that need restrooms and lobbies kept up during the day.

Will it be the same cleaners every time?

Yes. Each site gets a named crew lead and the same crew on the same route every visit. If someone is out, the lead covers it and you're told before the visit, not after.

How do I know the work was done?

Every visit is checked against the written scope before the crew leaves, and a time-stamped visit record with photos of anything flagged is in your inbox before you're awake. Monthly you get a score.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. General liability, workers' compensation and a janitorial bond. Certificates are provided with the proposal.

Is there a long-term contract?

Month to month after the first 90 days. The scope is the agreement; if we're not hitting it, you shouldn't be locked in.
